We want you to love your e-bike! If you’re not happy, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging.
• Customers cover return shipping unless the bike arrived damaged or defective.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy
• Processing time: Orders ship in 2–3 business days.
• Delivery time (USA): 5–10 business days.
• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
• Delays: We’ll do our best, but we can’t control courier or customs delays.
Shipping is free for all e-bikes within the USA.
Warranty Policy
Every e-bike comes with our quality promise:
• Frame: 2 years
• Battery & Motor: 1 year
• Other electrical parts: 6 months
What’s not covered: wear & tear (tires, brakes, chains), misuse, accidents, water damage, or modifications.
To make a claim, email at admin@ixufast.com with your order number, bike serial number, and photos/videos of the issue.
